⏱ Replacement Window:

  • You must request a replacement within 15 days of product delivery.
  • After 15 days, we will not accept any replacement requests.

  • Customers are required to pay the full shipping charges for any replacement request.
  • We will provide the payment link or method once your replacement is approved.

To process a replacement, you must:

  • Share clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Include a picture of the original packaging and label
